Welcome at the NavFarm!
A large portion of work for the PocketFMS Foundation is maintaining the AeroData. This is the data that tells PocketFMS where airports are located, which runways they have, what frequencies are used, where the airspaces are, etc. Having great flight planning software is one thing, but it must use the proper data or it becomes utterly useless. Therefore we work continuously to keep the AeroData as up-to-date and error-free as possible.
NavFarm is the array of servers that performs the updating of the AeroData. Besides adhering to the international 28-day AIRAC Master Cycle, it also produces Intermediate Cycles in 2-hour intervals. Every effort, both human and technical, is being made to ensure the correctness and completeness of the offered AeroData, though omissions are bound to exist - a mere aspect of the human nature. It is whispered that if you don't produce errors, you're probably producing nothing at all . .
The PocketFMS AeroData is continuously updated by our dedicated team of selected, globally dispersed Airmarshals. These experts have intimate local knowledge of the region(s) they maintain, and are all involved in operational aviation themselves, either as pilots, air traffic controllers or both. Any and all changes that are made are logged by the NavFarm and can always be traced back to the responsible person.

Reporting AeroData omissions & additions.
If you find one or more inconsistencies in the AeroData, you are strongly invited to directly contact the Airmarshal for the region via the [Contact an Airmarshal] button on the left. Smaller issues can often be resolved very quickly and it is not uncommon to see your proposed changes reflected in the next Intermediate (2-hourly) AeroData cycle. Larger issues may take longer, but rest assured we very much value your constructive input - as do your fellow pilots!
